the article highlights importance of codification i.e., systematization legal documents, its specific features, and makes comparative analysis opinions foreign national scientists in this regard. Based on this, scientific practical conclusions were made about need to adopt Code Republic Uzbekistan non-government non-profit organizations other institutions civil society.
